Alphabell collects only the data we need to run the lab — applications, leaderboard records, and basic site analytics. We don't sell or share member data. Unsuccessful applications are deleted 90 days after a decision.
What we collect
- Application data (name, email, country, project description) — kept while you're an active applicant or member; deleted on request.
- Site analytics — Plausible-style, no cookies, no personal data.
- Submitted competition code — kept indefinitely under your submission licence.
Your rights
- You can request all data we hold about you by emailing hello@alphabell.com. We respond within 14 days.
- You can request deletion at any time. Some records (competition submissions, accepted grants we've already paid out) are kept as a matter of public record.
