Be a good colleague

• Credit other people's work, generously and precisely.
• Critique ideas, not people.
• Share negative results. A loop that did not turn is useful information.
• Assume good faith, and ask before you assume.

Hard lines

• No harassment, discrimination or intimidation, online or in person.
• No plagiarism or fabricated results.
• No unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts, including in competitions.

Report concerns to conduct@alphabell.com. We act on reports promptly, in confidence, and may remove people from programs.
