Be a good colleague
- Assume good faith. Most disagreements are misunderstandings.
- Critique ideas, not people. Severely critique your own ideas first.
- Credit people who helped you. Yes, even in a Discord thread.
Hard lines
- No harassment, no discrimination, no doxxing.
- No plagiarism. Citing your sources is the absolute minimum.
- No fabricating results. We will find out. We will publish what we found.
Enforcement
The community ops team handles reports. Reports go to conduct@alphabell.com and are confidential. Outcomes can include a warning, a temporary suspension from active programs, or permanent removal.
