Format
- Friday 5pm WITA · in-person kickoff, online stream live

- Teams up to four; online or hybrid
Tracks
- Evaluation — a new eval that surfaces a real agent failure mode
- Tooling — open-source agent harness or scaffolding library
- Replication — a high-quality replication of a recent agent paper
- Wildcard — surprise the judges

- Best in each track: $2,500

- Best newcomer (first hack): $1,000

Travel stipends
Twelve attendees get up to $1,200 toward travel and lodging. Stipends are prioritised for members from countries without major AI events, members under 25, members not affiliated with frontier labs, and teams with at least one woman or under-represented founder.
